Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations submitted to Lacy's Defense may or may not be subject to a refund. Any service purchased will require a non-refundable deposit. Any person who needs to reschedule will be allowed to transfer their deposit up to two times. If any student does not attend on the second rescheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited. 

Please be aware that students must request a reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of their session in order to have their deposit transferred. If a student does not request a transfer at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited.
